Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free in Italy for the products in which it is indicated or reaching a cost of €55.00 (shipping cost excluded); once one of these two conditions is met, shipping is also free for other products added to the cart, in all other cases the rates indicated on this page apply.

Some remote locations have a supplement which will be shown before making the payment.

Shipping to countries outside Italy is not free and the related cost is calculated based on the quantity of products purchased.

Shipments are made via Express Courier within the day following the day of receipt of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Yes, certainly! as soon as we have sent your package you will receive an email in which there will be a link to the courier's website, through which you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If the package delivered by the courier presents anomalies, for example it is open, is crushed, shows signs of tampering (tape removed, cut or of different colours), it is important to sign the receipt of the shipment by adding the words "subject to inspection" and specifying the reason - Example: "subject to inspection due to damaged package".
